Work responsibilities

Sales

Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with existing clients, potential clients and third party agents to generate sales.

Demonstrates the company's property portfolio to existing / potential customers and helps them choose the right property according to their needs.

Creates networks, prospects and sales leads.

Provides telephone calls and personal appointments and offers to existing and potential customers.

Follows sales leads with potential customers.

Investigates ways to develop potential customers and grow the company's client base.

Negotiates the terms of the agreement.

Develops clear and effective written suggestions for existing and potential customers.

Works closely with the marketing team to develop the desired sales collateral for the target market.

Plan effectively and manage your time to ensure maximum efficiency.

After sale

Provides after-sales support to customers, including follow-up payments as needed.

Accelerates the resolution of consumer issues and complaints.

Reporting

Provides periodic reports to the management regarding sales pipeline.

Manage supply with oral and written reports on consumer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities and prospects for new products and services.

Attends team meetings and shares best practices with colleagues.

Updates ERP system with sales information.

Market knowledge

Develops and maintains in-depth information on all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitive information, current trends, and market conditions.

Qualifications, experience, and skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized college / university

Minimum 3 years (minimum 1 year within UAE) Experience in sales environment, preferably in real estate / property sector, experience with property developer is preferred.

Excellent knowledge of property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences and current trends

Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Multilingualism is preferred, but fluent English must be spoken, read and written.

Prefer your car and UAE driving license.
